Multi-group progressive antique curved bending roller stands fully complete undulating glazed tile patterns in one feeding stroke, no spring-back after bending, tight interlock between tiles for reliable waterproof performance. Tile width, arc radian and matching ridge cap profiles fully customizable per clients’ drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 7 m/min to 20 m/min. Manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet keeps printed strips centered to avoid pattern misalignment. Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with blades suitable for thin printed color steel sheets delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Separate PLC touch screen control system stores multiple antique glazed tile profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, antique curve roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
Every glazed tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour endurance test with printed coils before delivery to calibrate curved pattern arc, sheet width and cutting tolerance.
