Equipped with variable frequency main motor and synchronous chain transmission, the machine operates smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Manual deviation correction bracket at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral hydraulic cutting unit at tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard tile length programs, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting.
