This double layer machine belongs to double-layer roof tile forming equipment under Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine category. The upper layer produces 800 antique glazed tiles, and the lower layer manufactures 840 trapezoidal roof sheets. One machine covers two popular roof profiles for decorative retro buildings and economical industrial workshops, which greatly saves factory space and equipment investment cost. It is a best-selling model for building material factories in China, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, and can form a full automatic production line matched with 1000mm wide material feeding rack.

The whole machine base frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing to avoid vibration and deformation during long-term synchronous double-layer heavy-load production. All upper and lower forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with quenched thick hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness and wear resistance without scratching color steel or galvanized sheet coating. Multi-stage arc rolling forms smooth antique wave glazed tiles on upper layer, and progressive bending makes neat rib trapezoidal sheets on lower layer. Both profiles have flat surfaces and tight interlocking joints with excellent waterproof & anti-corrosion performance. It processes color coated steel coils from 0.3mm to 0.7mm thick with raw feeding width 1000mm, finished sheets widely used for residential houses, scenic antique constructions, steel workshops and warehouses.

Equipped with dual-station variable frequency drive and heavy-duty dual synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed adjustable steplessly from 7 m/min to 15 m/min. Two independent hydraulic flying shear cutting units with cemented carbide cutters separately cut two tile types, delivering burr-free smooth cuts with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±1mm. The integrated suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control panel allows separate setting of production length and output quantity for two layers. The machine automatically completes feeding, double-layer synchronous forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without extra labor. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, with efficiency equal to two single-layer machines, cutting labor and material waste significantly.

Every 800&840 double layer roll forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil test before delivery to calibrate double-layer forming arc precision and cutting tolerance. A full set of spare forming rollers, hydraulic sealing parts, Chinese-English bilingual operation drawings and manuals are provided as standard accessories.
