The whole line consists of uncoiling unit, film covering device, metal sheet roll forming, foam injection system, continuous composite pressing, constant temperature curing, fixed-length cutting and finished panel conveying stacking units, all linked by central PLC control. Upper & lower metal skins are roll formed synchronously, with automatic PU foam pouring or rock wool core feeding in the middle. Panels are bonded under high temperature heavy roller pressing in one continuous pass without secondary glue coating, featuring high bonding strength and no delamination. It fits color coated & Al-Mg-Mn metal sheets 0.4–0.8mm thick, core thickness adjustable from 50mm to 200mm, fast switch between wall and roof panel profiles.
All frames are welded with heavy section steel for stable heavy-load operation. Press roller cores are tempered and hard chrome plated for long wear & corrosion resistance. High-pressure leak-free PU injection host delivers uniform stable foam density. Servo hydraulic flying shear cutting unit produces flat distortion-free cuts with finished length tolerance ≤±0.5mm. Multiple synchronous variable frequency motors drive the whole line, running speed stepless adjustable from 3 m/min to 12 m/min for 24-hour unattended mass production, daily output reaching thousands of square meters per shift. Line length and configuration can be fully customized according to client workshop space and capacity demand, optional auxiliary stations include automatic film lamination, dust removal, stacking and packing.
Every complete sandwich panel line undergoes 72-hour full-load linked production test before delivery to calibrate roll forming profile, foam mixing ratio and cutting dimensional precision. Full set of wear spare parts, adjusting tooling and bilingual operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard accessories.
