Double Row Light Steel Keel
This double row light steel keel machine belongs to Light Gauge Steel Roll Forming Machine series, dual-station integrated cold bending equipment for drywall and ceiling light steel studs & tracks. Dual roller decks inside one machine produce two different sizes of main keel, cross keel and wall track simultaneously. One machine replaces two single-row keel formers to cut factory space and equipment investment cost drastically. Finished light steel keels are widely used for gypsum board partition walls and ceiling frames in office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, residential decoration and prefabricated buildings.
The machine base is integrally welded with thick square tubes and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding to eliminate deformation stress. Dual forming systems run synchronously without vibration, with independent size adjustment for left & right roller sets to guarantee precise height and width for two keel profiles. All forming rollers are precision turned from 45# steel with hard chrome plating after surface quenching for superior wear and rust resistance, processing hot-dip galvanized strips 0.5–1.2mm thick. Separate multi-stage progressive bending roller stands for left and right decks fully form C-studs and U-tracks in one feeding pass, scratch-free surface without spring-back deformation. Tight interlock between keel joints ensures stable wall & ceiling structure, and two keel cross-sections can be fully customized per client drawings.
Equipped with dual variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, left and right stations feature independent speed control, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 16 m/min. Dual manual deviation correction structures at feeding inlet center two steel strips separately to reduce edge waste. Dual vertical hydraulic cutting units at tail with two independent cutting knives deliver clean burr-free cuts for each keel type, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Integrated PLC touch screen control system stores two independent keel size recipes for one-click production switching, automatically completing dual-path feeding, double-row roll forming, separate fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop alternating production of two keel profiles.
Every dual-station keel forming machine undergoes a 72-hour dual-row synchronous full-coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate cross-section and cutting dimensional tolerance for both sides. Complete double-set spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual machine operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard accessories.
