Wave height and sheet width can be fully customized per client drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency main motor and synchronous chain transmission, the machine operates smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Manual deviation correction bracket at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral hydraulic cutting unit at tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard tile length programs, automatically completing feeding, corrugation roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every corrugated sheet forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil continuous endurance test before delivery to calibrate wave arc, sheet width and cutting tolerance.
