Product Overview
This corrugated sheet roll forming machine is lightweight compact cold forming equipment specially for small wave corrugated metal sheets. The finished tiny corrugated panel is widely used as auxiliary wall cladding, secondary roof liner, fence board and inner decorative sheet for factories, warehouses, villas and agricultural greenhouses. It matches well with main trapezoidal or standing seam roof tiles to form complete building enclosure system.
It processes 0.3–0.7mm color coated steel strips and galvanized steel coils, realizing automatic uncoiling → continuous corrugation forming → fixed-length hydraulic cutting integrated production. Small floor occupation, low investment and easy operation make it ideal for small material processing factories.
Frame & Forming Roller System
The machine base frame is integrally welded by thin heavy-duty channel steel, with stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate welding deformation, stable running without shaking during long-time continuous low-speed forming.
All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full surface quenched hard chrome plating, wear-resistant and anti-rust, no scratch or indentation on thin color steel sheets. Multiple groups of mini circular wave progressive bending roller stations finish smooth small corrugation in one feeding stroke, tiny forming spring-back ensures neat and uniform wave shape without distortion. Wave height and wave spacing can be fine adjusted to meet different regional standard requirements.
Transmission, Feeding & Hydraulic Cutting
Variable frequency chain transmission system realizes stable low-speed operation, forming speed 7–22m/min stepless adjustable to adapt to ultra-thin metal strips. Mini bilateral mechanical deviation correction is set at feeding inlet to keep narrow strip centered and prevent offset waste.
Vertical compact hydraulic cutting unit at the tail is equipped with alloy quenched cutting blades suitable for thin color steel and galvanized sheets. Cut end is flat and burr-free, finished sheet length tolerance ≤±1mm. Independent small hydraulic station maintains stable cutting pressure without oil leakage.
PLC Automatic Control System
Compact mini PLC touch screen control cabinet stores multiple sets of corrugated wave parameter recipes, one-click switch between different corrugation specifications. The system supports automatic length counting, fixed-length stop and fault self-checking functions, only one worker can finish all production monitoring work to cut labor cost.
Matching & After-sales
This corrugated sheet machine can be matched with small hydraulic coil uncoiler to form fully automatic feeding line. We support customizing wave size, strip width and machine voltage according to customer’s raw material parameters.
Each corrugated roll former undergoes 72-hour continuous coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate corrugation smoothness, cutting precision and running stability. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard free accessories.
We offer a 2-year full machine comprehensive warranty covering all mechanical and electrical components. Delivery time is 50–60 days after deposit receipt. Custom three-phase industrial voltage (380V/415V/220V) is available to fit different national power standards. Professional remote video installation, commissioning and operation guidance is provided for all overseas buyers.
