Equipped with variable frequency motor and synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed adjustable steplessly from 7 m/min to 15 m/min. Side limit baffles at feeding inlet restrict horizontal strip offset to reduce defective products. Hydraulic flying shear cutting unit at the tail provides stable oil pressure for clean burr-free cuts with dimensional tolerance within ±1mm. PLC touch screen control system allows presetting sheet length and batch quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, corrugation forming, fixed-length cutting and counting, only one operator needed for 24-hour non-stop production.
