Multi-stage progressive bending technology ensures uniform bending angles and neat profiles without sheet stretching or scratches. It processes hot-dip galvanized steel strips from 0.3mm to 1.0mm thick, and custom cross-section sizes of light steel keels are available as per buyers’ requirements.
Equipped with variable frequency main motor and heavy-duty synchronous chain drive system, the machine runs smoothly with low noise and energy consumption. Multiple guiding limit rollers and manual adjusting handwheels are installed at the feeding inlet to automatically correct strip deviation. An independent air-cooled hydraulic cutting unit is mounted at the tail, providing stable oil pressure and burr-free smooth cutting surface via flying shear design, with dimensional tolerance limited within ±1mm. The suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system allows operators to preset finished length and output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting and product counting without manual intervention. Only one worker is required to realize 24-hour non-stop production, effectively cutting labor cost and raw material waste.
Every light gauge steel forming machine undergoes a 72-hour continuous coil loading test before delivery to calibrate forming precision and cutting tolerance.
