Gutter Making Machine
This gutter making machine falls under Customized Roll Forming Machine series, non-standard customized cold bending equipment for metal rain gutters and eaves troughs. Finished gutters are used for rainwater collection and drainage of steel workshops, villas, prefabricated buildings and photovoltaic roofs, efficiently diverting rainwater to avoid wall & eave water seepage. The trough cross-section can be fully customized according to clients’ architectural drawings.
The machine adopts compact horizontal integrated welded frame, small footprint suitable for small factories and on-site mobile construction. All forming rollers are precision turned from 45# steel with hard chrome plating after surface quenching for excellent wear and rust resistance, processing color coated, Al-Mg-Mn and galvanized thin sheets 0.4–0.8mm thick. Multi-stage progressive bending roller stands form U-type, K-type and semi-circular gutters in one single pass, with standard bending angle, no torsion or deformation, tight joint connection for zero water leakage. Gutter width, depth and bending arc are adjustable on demand.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 18 m/min. Simple manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Mini hydraulic cutting unit at tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±1mm. Compact PLC touch screen control system stores multiple sets of gutter size recipes, automatically completing feeding, trough roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour continuous mass production.
Every rain gutter forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil continuous test before delivery to calibrate trough cross-section and cutting dimensional tolerance.
