Product Overview
This gutter roll forming machine belongs to customized special cold forming equipment, specially designed for producing metal rain gutters, water drainage troughs and downspout gutters used on villa, light steel house, factory and warehouse roof edge drainage system. The finished metal gutter effectively collects rainwater from roof surface and guides it to drainage pipelines to avoid wall corrosion and water splashing.
The machine processes 0.5–1.2mm color coated steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloy strips. All gutter profile shapes, opening width, depth and thickness can be fully customized according to customers’ architectural drawing requirements. It realizes uncoiling → continuous roll forming → fixed-length hydraulic cutting integrated automatic production without secondary processing.
Frame & Forming Roller Structure
The machine base frame is integrally welded by thickened square tubes and treated with high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate welding deformation stress, stable and vibration-free during long-time continuous low-speed precision forming.
All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full surface quenched hard chrome plating, wear-resistant and anti-rust, no scratch or indentation on aluminum and color steel thin sheets. Multiple groups of progressive bending roller stations finish multi-angle complex gutter curve bending in one feeding stroke, controlled tiny spring-back to guarantee smooth, neat gutter surface without distortion. Roller spacing and bending angle can be adjusted to match different custom gutter sizes.
Transmission, Feeding & Hydraulic Cutting
Variable frequency chain transmission system is adopted for stable low-speed operation, forming speed 6–18m/min stepless adjustable to match different thin metal materials. Mini bilateral mechanical deviation correction is set at feeding inlet to keep narrow strip centered and prevent offset waste.
Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at the tail is equipped with alloy quenched cutting blades suitable for aluminum, galvanized and color steel sheets. Cut end is flat and burr-free, finished gutter length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Independent small hydraulic station provides stable cutting pressure without oil leakage.
PLC Automatic Control System
Compact mini PLC touch screen control cabinet stores multiple sets of custom gutter profile parameter recipes, one-click switch between different gutter specifications. The system supports automatic length counting, fixed-length stop and fault self-checking functions, easy operation for single worker to complete full production monitoring.
Matching & After-sales
This gutter roll forming machine can be matched with small manual / hydraulic coil uncoiler to form complete automatic production line. We provide full customization service for gutter shape, size, strip width and voltage.
Each gutter forming machine undergoes 72-hour continuous coil test before delivery to calibrate forming curve, cutting precision and running stability. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard spare parts.
2-year full machine warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components. Delivery time is 50–60 days after deposit. Custom three-phase industrial voltage is available for different countries. Professional remote video installation and operation guidance is provided for all overseas buyers.
