Adopting advanced multi‑stand cold rolling forming technology, the equipment completes feeding, leveling, roll forming, hydraulic cutting and finished‑product output in one automatic cycle. Operators only need to set simple parameters on the control panel, then the whole production runs automatically, greatly lowering manual operation intensity and improving production consistency. Our ridge cap roll former adopts heavy‑duty welded frame structure, high‑strength GCr15 bearing steel forming rollers with quenching treatment, ensuring long‑term running without deformation, reducing roller wear and extending service life.
The machine is equipped with stable hydraulic drive system and PLC automatic control system. The hydraulic station provides reliable power for shearing, with stable pressure and low failure rate. Human‑machine interactive control box supports parameter memory, fault alarm and emergency stop function. Even new operators can master operating steps quickly. Customized service is available: we can adjust forming stands, cutting mould and production speed according to customers’ ridge cap drawing, material thickness and local market requirements, to meet diverse profile demands.
All core components go through strict incoming inspection before assembly. Finished machines will run full‑load test for at least 4 hours before delivery to check forming effect, hydraulic pressure, cutting precision and electrical system stability. Hebei Xinnuo provides 2‑year warranty for the whole machine. During warranty period, damaged non‑artificial‑damage spare parts are supplied free of charge. We also supply lifelong technical consultation, remote guidance and overseas after‑sales support. Delivery cycle is 50‑60 working days after receiving deposit.

This ridge cap roll forming machine features easy installation. After customers receive equipment, our technical team can provide remote installation‑debugging guidance. Customers only need to prepare flat factory ground, connect power supply and hydraulic oil, then the machine can be put into production. Compared with manual processing or simple bending equipment, our automatic roll forming machine improves finished‑product uniformity, reduces material waste and saves overall production cost.
For payment term, we accept 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment. Before shipment, customers are welcome to visit our factory for machine inspection. We also support factory‑acceptance video check for clients unable to come onsite.
