We accept customized special cross-section profiles according to customers’ drawings and technical requirements. The main frame adopts thickened 300 H-beam with full penetration welding technology, offering excellent structural rigidity and stable continuous operation without vibration or deformation under long-hour heavy workload. All forming rollers are made of high-quality solid steel, processed by precise CNC lathes and surface treated with hard chrome plating. The finished metal panels are smooth without scratches, and all dimensional indicators maintain high consistency.

The whole machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC touch screen automatic control system and independent hydraulic cutting mechanism. The cutting length tolerance is strictly controlled within ±1 mm to guarantee uniform finished panels. Customers can select the variable frequency drive device as an upgrade, which raises the maximum forming speed up to 19 meters per minute to meet mass production demands. Each of the three forming layers is equipped with an independent clutch transmission system, allowing operators to start or stop any single layer separately for flexible production scheduling without interfering other working tracks.
