This three-layer roofing machine belongs to integrated triple-deck cold bending equipment under roof panel roll forming machine category. It integrates three independent upper, middle and lower roller forming systems, capable of producing three different profiles of metal roof tiles separately or alternately. The most popular matching combination is antique glazed tile + trapezoidal load-bearing tile + corrugated wave tile. One machine equals three single-layer tile roll formers, drastically saving workshop floor space and equipment purchase budget.
Finished color steel tiles are widely used for waterproof & decorative roof cladding of steel workshops, warehouses, rural houses, homestays, wall fences and simple sheds, compatible with 0.3–0.8mm color coated & hot-dip galvanized steel strips.
The machine frame is integrally welded with heavy thick square tube gantry structure and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding to eliminate welding deformation stress. Three roller decks run synchronously without vibration or offset, three sets of roller groups allow independent adjustment of tile rib height and effective coverage width to maintain precise uniform dimensions for all three profiles. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after surface quenching for outstanding wear, rust and compression resistance. Separate multi-group progressive bending roller stands for upper, middle and lower decks fully complete tile bending profiles in one feeding stroke, scratch-free sheet surface without spring-back deformation. Tight interlock between tiles delivers excellent roof water seepage prevention and wind load resistance performance, triple profile combinations can be customized by replacing roller sets per clients’ requirements.
Equipped with three sets of independent variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, forming speed of three decks adjustable separately, running smoothly with low noise, speed steplessly switchable from 7 m/min to 20 m/min. Three groups of manual deviation correction mechanisms at feeding inlet center three steel strips respectively to reduce edge material waste. Three independent hydraulic cutting stations at the tail with three separate cutting knives perform fixed-length cutting individually, delivering clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±1mm. Integrated PLC touch screen control system stores three independent tile parameter recipes for one-click production switch, automatically completing triple-path feeding, triple-deck roll forming, separate fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop alternating production of three tile types.
Every triple-layer tile roll former undergoes a 72-hour three-layer synchronous full-load endurance test before delivery to calibrate tile wave arc, sheet width and cutting dimensional tolerance for all decks. Complete triple-set spare forming rollers, thickened cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual machine operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard accessories.
