Product Overview
This integrated three-layer design roll forming machine is innovative all-in-one roof panel cold forming equipment, integrating three independent sets of roller systems inside one machine frame. It can manufacture three kinds of popular color steel roof tiles simultaneously or separately, such as trapezoidal industrial roof sheet, antique glazed tile and small corrugated tile. Compared with purchasing three separate single-layer machines, this 3-in-one integrated model greatly reduces floor space occupation, cuts total equipment investment and simplifies daily operation management, ideal for small & medium building material processing factories with multi-specification production demands.
It is compatible with 0.3–0.8mm color coated steel strips and hot-dip galvanized coils, widely used for factory, warehouse, villa, homestay and agricultural greenhouse waterproof roof construction.
Frame & Triple Roller Forming System
The whole machine adopts heavy thickened channel steel integral welded gantry frame, processed by high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate welding internal stress. The rigid frame guarantees no shaking or deformation during long-time high-speed three-layer synchronous forming, stable forming precision for all three profiles.
Three groups of independent forming roller stations are arranged vertically inside the frame, each roller set corresponds to one tile profile. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with multi-layer surface quenched hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness, wear resistance and rust-proof performance, scratch-free forming for printed decorative steel sheets. Each roller group is equipped with independent progressive bending roller stands to finish complete tile wave bending in one feeding stroke, minimal bending spring-back, tight interlock between tiles for excellent waterproof effect. Customers can customize three different profile combinations according to local market popular tile types.
Independent Drive & Feeding Correction Structure
Three sets of separate variable frequency synchronous chain transmission systems are equipped for three roller layers, each layer’s running speed adjustable independently without mutual interference. Users can run single layer only or open two / three layers at the same time as production orders require. The drive motor matches heavy-duty reduction box to avoid slipping even under long continuous load.
A shared heavy-duty bilateral manual deviation correction mechanism is installed at the public feeding inlet, which can guide steel strips to run along the central track to prevent offset and raw material waste. The machine supports matching with hydraulic coil reel uncoiler to realize fully automatic continuous feeding production.
Triple Independent Hydraulic Cutting System
Three vertical hydraulic cutting stations are configured at the tail, one for each layer, with thickened wear-resistant alloy cutting blades suitable for thin & medium gauge color steel sheets. Each cutting cylinder works independently, only cutting the layer that is running. Cut ends are flat without burr or collapse deformation, finished fixed-length tolerance controlled within ±1mm. Each cutting unit is equipped with independent hydraulic station to maintain stable cutting pressure.
PLC Centralized Automatic Control System
One integrated large touch screen PLC control cabinet centrally manages the three-layer machine. It stores multiple groups of parameter recipes for three tile profiles, supporting one-click switching of single-layer, double-layer or three-layer simultaneous production mode. The control system realizes automatic length counting, fixed-length stop, fault self-diagnosis and speed real-time display functions. Only one operator can complete all production monitoring work, greatly lowering labor operation threshold.
Factory Test & After-sales Service
Every three-layer integrated roll forming machine undergoes a 72-hour three-layer synchronous full-load endurance test before delivery. Our engineers repeatedly calibrate the forming wave radian, effective width and cutting tolerance of each layer to eliminate all hidden quality problems before shipment. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual English-Chinese operation & maintenance manuals are provided as standard free accessories.
We offer a 2-year full machine comprehensive warranty covering all mechanical and electrical components. The delivery cycle is 50–60 days after receiving the customer’s advance deposit. Custom three-phase industrial voltage (380V/415V/220V) is supported to adapt to power supply standards of different countries.
