The XINNUO Three-Layer Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine is designed to produce three different roofing profiles through one integrated cold roll forming system. According to the supplied product samples, the machine is configured for resin-style glazed tile, continuous arc roofing sheet, and trapezoidal roofing sheet production. It combines three independent forming roller groups within one machine body, allowing manufacturers to serve multiple roofing applications without installing three separate production lines.

The resin-style glazed tile profile is designed for architectural roofing projects that require a decorative tiled appearance with the production efficiency of continuous roll forming. Its shaped wave pattern provides a visually distinctive roof surface suitable for residential buildings, villas, commercial buildings, landscape structures, and projects influenced by traditional tile architecture. The surface design can be developed according to the required profile drawing, wave spacing, effective width, and appearance standard.

The arc profile is formed through continuous progressive bending. Its regular wave shape is suitable for industrial buildings, warehouses, agricultural structures, workshops, and other roofing applications that require a continuous curved visual effect. Compared with a segmented tile-style profile, the arc profile provides a clean and consistent surface pattern. The forming roller arrangement is designed to guide the coil gradually through each forming stage while maintaining stable profile geometry.

The trapezoidal profile is commonly used for structural roofing and wall cladding. Its straight ribs provide a practical balance between panel rigidity, material usage, installation convenience, and drainage performance. The final profile can be configured according to the required effective coverage width, rib height, pitch, and sheet specification. Different trapezoidal designs can be developed for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and modular construction projects.

The three-layer structure integrates the forming sections vertically within a shared machine frame. The operator selects the required material path and activates the corresponding forming section for the chosen profile. The three profiles are not produced simultaneously; instead, the machine provides multi-profile production flexibility through a single integrated system. This configuration is suitable for roofing manufacturers, building-material distributors, custom profile processors, and factories serving markets with varied roofing requirements.

A major advantage of the three-layer design is the efficient use of workshop space. A manufacturer can produce three roofing profile families while avoiding the footprint of three independent machines. The integrated structure also centralizes the production process, making it easier to organize raw material feeding, profile forming, cutting, and finished-sheet handling within one production area.

The machine shown in the images features a heavy-duty base frame, a long roller-forming section, multiple forming stands, hydraulic components, an electrical control cabinet, and a front forming unit. The roller stations are arranged to complete the profile gradually, reducing sudden deformation and helping maintain consistent sheet geometry. The forming components can be engineered according to the selected roofing profile and the required coil specification.

The production system can be adapted for different profile drawings, material specifications, sheet widths, rib heights, and surface designs. The final roller quantity, drive configuration, cutting system, electrical standard, and machine dimensions are determined according to the selected three-profile combination. This makes the equipment suitable for both standard roofing products and customized profile production.

The XINNUO three-layer roll forming solution combines profile diversity, compact production layout, and flexible product manufacturing. It is designed for companies that need resin-style glazed tile, arc, and trapezoidal roofing profiles within one integrated cold roll forming platform.
