The whole production line consists of feeding rack, multi-pass forming roller section, hydraulic cutting system, PLC numerical control cabinet and driving motor assembly. The forming rollers are forged with high-quality 45# steel and finely chrome-plated after precision CNC machining, featuring high surface hardness, strong wear resistance and stable forming effect, which effectively avoids scratches and deformation on the surface of color steel, galvanized and aluminum-magnesium-manganese coils during continuous processing. The thickened welded machine base effectively reduces vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring long-term stable running of the equipment.
The hydraulic cutting frame painted orange in the picture is the core cutting part of the machine. It is equipped with a high-pressure hydraulic cylinder, and the cutting die is customized according to the standing seam panel profile. When the coil reaches the preset length set by the numerical control system, automatic shearing will be completed instantly, with smooth and burr-free cutting edges, no secondary trimming required. The whole machine adopts fully automatic PLC intelligent control, and operators only need to input parameters such as plate length and production quantity on the touch screen to realize unattended continuous production, which greatly saves labor cost and improves production efficiency.
This standing seam roof forming machine supports processing raw materials with thickness ranging from 0.4mm to 1.2mm, and we can customize the effective width and lock height of finished panels according to customers’ local building standards. The transmission system adopts double-row chain synchronous drive, matching standard three-phase industrial motor, with adjustable forming speed from 8 to 15 meters per minute to meet different output demands.
