373 Standing Seam Roll Forming Machine

This 373 standing seam roll forming machine is special cold forming equipment for manufacturing self-locking standing seam metal roof panels. The finished sheet features vertical high standing ribs and interlocking side edges, which can be seamlessly connected during on-site installation without exposed screws, achieving excellent waterproof, wind-resistant and anti-leakage performance. It is widely applied to large-span industrial workshops, logistics warehouses, modern exhibition halls, steel structure stadiums, light steel villas and scenic spot architecture roof systems. It processes 0.4–0.8mm aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy strips, color coated steel coils and galvanized steel strips, realizing integrated production of uncoiling, continuous multi-pass roll forming and fixed-length hydraulic cutting without secondary processing.

The whole machine frame adopts heavy thickened channel steel integral welding structure, and goes through high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate internal welding stress, ensuring stable and vibration-free long-time high-speed forming. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with multi-layer surface quenched hard chrome plating, high hardness, wear resistance and anti-rust performance, scratch-free forming for soft aluminum alloy and thin color steel sheets. A total of 20–26 groups of progressive bending roller stations are arranged sequentially, completing complex standing rib and interlocking edge bending in one feeding stroke, with tiny forming spring-back to guarantee neat sheet edges and tight interlock effect. Rib height, effective covering width and lock seam shape can be fine-tuned according to customer’s engineering drawing standards.

Variable frequency synchronous chain transmission system is adopted for stable low-speed operation, forming speed 6–20m/min stepless adjustable to adapt to different thin metal raw materials. A heavy-duty bilateral mechanical deviation correction device is installed at the feeding inlet to guide the strip to run along the central track and avoid offset waste. The vertical heavy hydraulic cutting unit at the tail is equipped with alloy quenched cutting blades suitable for aluminum, galvanized and color steel sheets. The cut end is flat without burr or collapse deformation, and the tolerance of finished sheet fixed length is controlled within ±1mm. An independent small hydraulic station provides stable cutting pressure without oil leakage during long-term circulation.

A compact independent large touch screen PLC control cabinet stores multiple sets of standing seam profile parameter recipes, supporting one-click switching of different production specifications. The control system realizes automatic length counting, fixed-length shutdown, real-time speed display and fault self-diagnosis functions. Only one ordinary operator can complete the whole production monitoring work, greatly reducing labor operation threshold. Overload protection and emergency stop switch are equipped to lower production safety risks.

This 373 standing seam roll forming machine can be matched with hydraulic coil reel uncoiler to form a fully automatic continuous feeding production line.
