Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, the machine adapts to various soft & hard metal sheet thicknesses, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 16 m/min. High-precision manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet keeps soft metal strips centered without scratch or offset. Heavy vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened impact-resistant blades fits Al-Mg-Mn alloy, producing clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. PLC touch screen control system stores multiple angle lock profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, vertical seam roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
