The whole machine frame is integrally welded with thick H-beam steel and processed by high-temperature stress relief annealing, ensuring stable vibration-free operation without deformation during long-time high-speed continuous production. All forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with thick quenched hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness and great wear resistance without scratching the coating of color steel or aluminum sheets. Multi-stage progressive roll forming forms interlocking seam locks in one pass, delivering flat sheets with uniform seam depth, standard profiles and tight waterproof joints. It processes color coated coils and Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets from 0.4mm to 0.8mm thick, and machines with different effective covering widths can be customized as buyers’ demands.
Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating main drive system and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, and the forming speed ranges from 8 m/min to 18 m/min. A guiding limit bracket is installed at the feeding inlet to center steel strips automatically and avoid material offset. A hydraulic fixed-length cutting unit is arranged at the tail with stable oil pressure, delivering smooth burr-free cutting surfaces and dimensional tolerance controlled within ±1mm. A separate PLC touch screen control cabinet allows operators to preset sheet length and output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, seam lock forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without manual operation. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, greatly improving roof tile processing efficiency and reducing raw material waste.
Every seam lock roll forming machine undergoes a 72-hour continuous coil loading test before delivery to calibrate seam forming precision and cutting tolerance. A full set of spare forming rollers, hydraulic sealing parts, Chinese-English bilingual operation drawings and manuals are delivered as standard accessories.
