Multi-stage progressive rolling forms standard standing seam lock grooves in one pass, with flat smooth sheets, uniform seam depth and tight waterproof joints. It processes Al-Mg-Mn alloy and color steel coils from 0.4mm to 0.9mm thick, raw material feeding width 1000mm, finished effective coverage width 760mm.
Equipped with variable frequency main drive and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, and forming speed can be steplessly adjusted from 8 m/min to 16 m/min. Multiple guiding limit rollers are installed at feeding inlet to automatically correct steel strip deviation. An independent hydraulic flying shear cutting unit with large oil cylinder provides stable oil pressure, delivering burr-free smooth cutting surfaces with dimensional tolerance limited within ±1mm. The suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system allows operators to preset sheet length and total output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, seam lock forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without extra labor. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, greatly improving processing efficiency of high-end roof sheets.
Every 760 standing seam machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil test before delivery to calibrate seam forming precision and cutting tolerance.
