Panels can be electrically interlocked on construction site to form fully leak-proof roof systems, vertical rib height and effective coverage width fully customizable per architectural waterproof drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, the machine adapts to various sheet thicknesses, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 16 m/min. High-precision manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet keeps soft metal strips centered without scratch or offset. Heavy vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened blades fits Al-Mg-Mn alloy, producing clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standing seam profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, vertical seam roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
Every standing seam forming machine undergoes a 72-hour endurance test with Al-Mg-Mn coils before delivery to calibrate vertical rib height, interlock groove dimension and cutting tolerance.
