The whole machine adopts heavy-duty thickened middle plate as the main bearing frame, and it is equipped with standard exposed chain synchronous transmission structure. This mature mechanical design ensures consistent rolling force during long-time continuous production, effectively avoiding uneven forming, material deviation and size errors. All forming rollers are made of high-quality chromium-plated steel, which features high hardness, wear resistance and long service life, so the produced omega steel surface keeps smooth without scratches. The thickened middle plate greatly improves the overall rigidity of the machine, so the equipment will not shake or deform under long-term high-load running, which effectively extends the service life of all wearing parts and reduces your later maintenance cost.
The complete production line consists of 5 core parts: uncoiler, feeding and leveling device, multi-pass roll forming host, hydraulic punching and cutting unit, and independent hydraulic station. After the galvanized or color steel coil is loaded on the uncoiler, the machine can automatically finish the whole processing flow, including feeding, flattening, gradual cold bending forming, fixed-length sensing and hydraulic cutting. The whole production process is controlled by PLC system with touch screen operation, which greatly reduces manual operation and improves production efficiency. Operators can easily set production length, running speed and batch quantity on the touch screen without complicated professional training.
The finished omega steel profile has excellent mechanical performance. Compared with traditional round tube and elliptical tube greenhouse frames, it owns stronger bending resistance and better wind and snow load resistance. More importantly, greenhouses built with omega steel do not need middle support columns, which maximizes the internal operating space for planting, picking and mechanical farming. This structural advantage helps farmers increase crop output and lower the cost of greenhouse construction at the same time.
We provide full personalized customization service for global customers. We can adjust the section size of omega steel, forming speed, roller quantity and working voltage according to customers’ local production demands.
