Simple manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce waste. Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard ridge length programs, automatically completing feeding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
