This rolling door equipment is classified under Light Gauge Steel Roll Forming Machine, specially manufactured to produce metal roller shutter slats. The finished slats feature tight interlock structure, strong impact resistance and smooth rolling performance, widely applied for shop roller shutters, factory electric rolling doors, garage anti-theft shutters and warehouse fireproof rolling door processing. It is essential core equipment for door & window profile factories and hardware building material manufacturers, and can form a full automatic production line matched with material uncoiler.

The machine base frame is integrally welded with thick channel steel and steel plates, treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate internal stress. It will not deform during long-term heavy-load continuous rolling, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy of formed profiles. All forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with integral quenched thick hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness, wear and rust resistance without scratching coating of color steel, galvanized or aluminum coils. Multi-stage progressive interlock rolling forms special concave-convex interlocking patterns for shutter slats in one pass, resulting in tiny assembly gaps with excellent anti-theft and sound insulation performance. It processes metal coils from 0.5mm to 1.2mm thick, raw feeding width customizable according to shutter profiles, custom rollers available for standard roller shutters, European foam shutters and wind-resistant shutters.

Equipped with variable frequency main motor and heavy-duty synchronous gear transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 12 m/min. A guiding limit deviation-correcting support at feeding inlet conveys steel strips automatically centered to avoid defective slats caused by offset. Hydraulic cutting unit at the tail delivers stable cutting force for burr-free smooth cuts, slat length tolerance controlled within ±1mm. Independent PLC control cabinet allows presetting slat length and total output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, interlock forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without extra labor. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, greatly reducing labor cost and raw material waste.

Every rolling door forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil continuous test before delivery to calibrate interlock forming precision and cutting tolerance. A full set of spare forming rollers, hydraulic sealing parts, Chinese-English bilingual operation drawings and manuals are provided as standard accessories.
