This IBR and corrugated iron double layer roll forming machine is categorized under double-layer roof tile equipment. One machine produces two popular roof profiles at the same time: IBR trapezoidal sheets on upper layer and corrugated iron sheets on lower layer. It greatly saves factory space and equipment investment cost, becoming a top choice for building material factories in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. Finished sheets are widely applied for simple workshops, farm warehouses, market stalls and small steel structure buildings.

The machine base frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing to avoid vibration and deformation under long-hour heavy-load production. All upper and lower forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with quenched thick hard chrome plating, which is wear-resistant and anti-corrosion without scratching the coating of color steel or galvanized sheets. Multi-stage progressive rolling forms neat IBR ribs and smooth corrugated arcs, making sheets tightly connected with excellent rainproof performance. It processes color coated coils and galvanized iron sheets from 0.3mm to 0.7mm thick, with standard feeding width 1250mm, and custom roller profiles are available to match local market demands.

Equipped with dual-station variable frequency drive and heavy-duty dual synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, and forming speed can be adjusted steplessly from 7 m/min to 12 m/min. Two independent hydraulic cutting units with cemented carbide cutters separately cut two types of tiles, delivering burr-free smooth cutting surfaces with dimensional tolerance limited within ±1mm. The integrated PLC touch screen control panel allows operators to set separate production length and output quantity for two layers. The machine automatically completes feeding, double-layer synchronous forming, fixed-length cutting and product counting without extra labor. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop production, with efficiency equal to two single-layer machines, cutting labor and material waste significantly.

Every double layer IBR corrugated machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load coil test before delivery to calibrate forming precision and cutting tolerance. A full set of spare rollers, hydraulic sealing parts, Chinese-English bilingual operation drawings and manuals are provided as standard accessories. Xinnuo offers a 2-year full machine warranty.
