Xinnuo Solar Channel Roll Forming Machine is dedicated cold roll forming equipment for manufacturing photovoltaic support channel profiles, widely used in ground photovoltaic power stations, rooftop solar systems, agricultural complementary photovoltaic projects and other new energy construction projects. The finished perforated channel serves as the main mounting bracket to fix solar panels, featuring high structural strength, strong corrosion resistance and convenient on-site assembly.
Different from ordinary purlin forming equipment, this machine is professionally optimized for solar support channel production. It can complete feeding, continuous roll forming, hydraulic punching and fixed-length cutting in one automatic production line. The whole line adopts heavy-duty welded base frame and high-hardness forged forming rollers. After precision machining and heat treatment, the rollers effectively reduce abrasion, guarantee long-term continuous production of galvanized steel and carbon steel strips. The overall structure is reasonably arranged to reduce vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring straightness and flatness of finished solar channels.
The production workflow is fully automated and controlled by mature PLC touch screen system. Operators only need to set target length and hole spacing on the panel. The machine automatically completes all procedures without frequent manual adjustment. Equipped with stable hydraulic punching unit, it can punch standard mounting holes evenly on the channel surface, ensuring consistent hole position accuracy and neat section of finished profiles. The hydraulic cutting structure adopts high-strength cutting die, effectively avoiding burrs on the end of profiles.
We support personalized customization according to customers’ drawing requirements. Adjustable forming stations can adapt multiple channel width and thickness specifications. All core electrical and hydraulic components adopt well-known brand accessories, which effectively lower failure rate during long-hour continuous running.
