The mounting side walls are CNC-milled from heavy solid steel plates, providing a rigid vibration-damping foundation for continuous production.
Forming trapezoidal profile ribs with wide, flat bottom pans from thin pre-painted steel or aluminum coils requires strict control over material elongation to avoid center oil-canning, edge wrinkling, or longitudinal bowing. This machine incorporates a multi-station gradual cold roll forming layout. The roller profiles are engineered through precision CAD/CAM flower pattern simulations to incrementally distribute the forming angle across each pass. All forming rollers are CNC precision-machined from forged 45# carbon steel, heat-treated for enhanced core hardness, and finished with a 0.05 mm hard chrome electroplated mirror coating. Equipped with an advanced industrial automation architecture, the production line utilizes a high-performance Siemens or Delta programmable logic controller (PLC) matched with an ergonomic, multi-language color touchscreen interface. Machine operators can preset and adjust production batches, custom cut-to-length dimensions, and forming speeds in seconds. An optical rotary encoder provides closed-loop digital length measurement, ensuring accurate cutting precision with a tight tolerance within ±0.5 mm. The post-forming cut-off system is driven by an independent high-pressure hydraulic station and equipped with Cr12MoV die-steel contour shearing blades. Vacuum-quenched to HRC58-62, the shear blades slice cleanly across the three-rib trapezoidal profile without burrs, edge distortion, or flanging collapse, delivering installation-ready panels for direct site assembly.
