This cable tray making machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming line independently developed by Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. The equipment is specially designed to produce side rails for ladder-type cable trays. It completes metal feeding, continuous roll forming, online hydraulic punching and fixed-length cutting in one automatic workflow without manual transfer of semi-finished products. Compared with traditional separate processing methods, our machine greatly improves production efficiency and ensures consistent dimensional accuracy of finished profiles, effectively reducing labor costs and material waste for manufacturers.
Adopting high-quality GCr15 bearing steel for forming rollers with quenching treatment, the machine features strong wear resistance and long service life. All roller surfaces are finely polished to avoid scratching the surface of raw metal strips. The frame of the whole machine adopts thickened welded steel plate, with strong rigidity and stable operation during long-term high-speed production. The whole line is controlled by mature PLC touch screen system; operators can set production length, punching interval and running speed easily. The hydraulic cutting unit uses high hardness integral cutter, realizing smooth cutting surface without burrs and secondary polishing. All core electrical components adopt well-known international brands to guarantee stable long-time continuous operation under heavy load.
