Reinforced Rib Omega Profile Roll Forming Machine
This reinforced rib omega profile roll forming machine belongs to customized special shape cold forming equipment, specially manufactured for omega reinforcing bracing strips used as roof and wall panel accessories. The finished profile comes with concave-convex stiffening ribs to greatly improve bending resistance and wind load performance, widely used on the back of roof sheets and horizontal wall bracing for factories, warehouses and light steel villas to avoid sheet deflection and arching.
Compatible with 0.6–1.2mm hot-dip galvanized & color coated steel strips. The machine integrates online hydraulic punching, roll forming and fixed-length cutting in one unit. Profile depth, width, rib shape, punching position and hole diameter can be fully customized per customers’ engineering drawings.
The machine frame is integrally welded with thick square tube and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding to eliminate welding deformation stress. Compact precision forming unit occupies small floor space with stable operation, consistent dimensions during long-term continuous production. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after quenching for superior wear and rust resistance, scratch-free forming for thin strips. Multi-pass progressive bending roller stands complete composite bending of omega curve & middle reinforcing ribs in one feeding stroke with minimal spring-back, meeting straightness standards. Equipped with front independent hydraulic punching station to stamp mounting & fixing holes synchronously without secondary processing.
Profile depth, flange width and inner lip size can be fine-tuned manually or electrically, adapting to multiple similar sizes without roller replacement.
Equipped with variable frequency chain transmission for low-speed precise operation, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 18 m/min. Mini double-side deviation correction at feeding inlet keeps narrow strips centered without offset. Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail adopts compact thickened blades suitable for thin & medium gauge sheets, burr-free smooth cut ends, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Mini PLC touch screen control system stores multiple omega bracing profile recipes for one-click size switch, fully automatic workflow: uncoiling → punching → roll forming → fixed-length cutting → counting & discharging. Only one operator is required for continuous production.
