Manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet ensures printed strips feed centrally and uniformly to avoid pattern misalignment and surface scratch. Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at the tail adopts special blades suitable for thin printed color steel sheets, delivering clean burr-free cut ends, finished fixed-length dimensional tolerance ≤±1mm.
