Product Overview
This glazed tile roofing machine is integrated automatic cold forming equipment for manufacturing antique imitated resin glazed metal roof tiles. The finished tile owns delicate three-dimensional curved antique texture, combining the waterproof durability of metal color steel sheet and classical Chinese architectural decorative effect, widely used in rural villas, tourist scenic spots, ancient building renovation, leisure homestay and characteristic town roof systems.
This model is equipped with an automatic tile stacking rack at the outlet, realizing automatic stacking of finished tiles after cutting to save manual collection labor. It processes 0.3–0.7mm printed color coated steel strips, realizing uncoiling → continuous multi-pass glazed tile forming → hydraulic cutting → auto stacking full automatic production line without secondary manual work.
Frame & Forming Roller System
The whole machine base frame adopts heavy thickened channel steel integral welding structure, processed by high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to eliminate internal welding stress, stable and vibration-free during long-time high-speed continuous forming.
All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with multi-layer surface quenched hard chrome plating, high hardness, wear resistance and anti-rust performance, scratch-free forming for printed decorative steel sheets. A total of 18–26 groups of progressive bending roller stations are arranged in order, completing complex antique glazed tile wave and arc bending in one feeding stroke, tiny forming spring-back ensures smooth tile surface and neat overlapping edge. The tile arc, effective width and wave shape can be customized according to customers’ local popular styles.
Transmission, Feeding, Cutting & Auto Stacking Structure
Variable frequency synchronous chain transmission system is adopted for stable low-speed operation, forming speed adjustable from 7–20 m/min steplessly to match thin color steel raw materials. A heavy-duty bilateral mechanical deviation correction device is installed at the feeding inlet to guide steel strips to run along the central track and avoid offset raw material waste.
Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at the tail is equipped with thickened wear-resistant alloy cutting blades suitable for thin color steel sheets. Cut ends are flat without burr or collapse deformation, finished tile fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm.
The extended rear auto stacking frame uses pneumatic pushing and stacking structure to neatly arrange cut tiles, reducing manual carrying and collection work, improving overall production efficiency.
PLC Automatic Control System
Independent large touch screen PLC control cabinet stores multiple sets of antique glazed tile parameter recipes, supporting one-click switching of different tile styles without repeated parameter resetting. The control system realizes automatic length counting, fixed-length shutdown, real-time speed display, fault self-diagnosis and stacking cycle control functions. Only one operator can complete full-line production monitoring, greatly lowering labor operation cost and threshold. Overload protection and emergency stop switch are equipped to reduce production safety risks.
Matching & After-sales Service
This glazed tile roofing machine can be matched with hydraulic coil reel uncoiler to form a fully automatic continuous feeding production line. We support customizing tile shape, effective covering width and raw material thickness range according to customer’s market demand.
Each glazed tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour non-stop full-load coil endurance test before delivery. Engineers repeatedly calibrate tile forming radian, cutting length tolerance and stacking running stability to eliminate all hidden quality troubles before shipment. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual English-Chinese operation & maintenance manuals are provided as standard free accessories.
