Multi-stage progressive stiffening rib rolling forms standard concave-convex bearing patterns in one pass, with strong interlock performance to prevent concrete slipping & cracking during pouring. It processes hot-dip galvanized steel coils from 0.8mm to 1.5mm thick, standard forming widths 688/720/1025mm, rib height and pitch customizable according to global construction drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency main motor and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine features strong load capacity and smooth low-noise operation, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 5 m/min to 12 m/min. Servo automatic deviation corrector at feeding inlet adjusts steel strip position in real time to reduce waste. Servo hydraulic flying shear at the tail delivers stable cutting force for burr-free smooth cuts, dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.5mm. Independent PLC touch screen control cabinet allows presetting sheet length and total output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, multi-pass roll forming, fixed-length cutting and counting without extra labor. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, greatly cutting labor cost.
