Metal Deck Forming Macking
This metal deck forming machine belongs to Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine series, dedicated cold bending equipment for load-bearing steel floor decks. It produces open & closed profiled metal decks with integrated reinforcing ribs. After concrete pouring, the deck forms an integral load-bearing floor slab with steel rebar, widely used for high-rise office buildings, shopping malls, factories, parking lots and prefabricated steel structure construction floor systems.
The machine base is integrally welded with heavy H-beams and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing to eliminate deformation stress, running vibration-free under heavy load with stable rib height and effective coverage width. All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with hard chrome plating after surface quenching for superior wear and compression resistance, processing hot-dip galvanized load-bearing strips 0.8–1.5mm thick. Multi-stage progressive rib bending roller stands form standard concave-convex load-bearing patterns in one pass, no spring-back or sheet torsion after forming, tight interlock to prevent concrete leakage during pouring. Rib profile, sheet width and thickness can be fully customized per architectural drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, strong load capacity without slipping during thick sheet forming, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 5 m/min to 15 m/min. Heavy-duty manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet ensures stable centering of thick steel strips to reduce waste. Heavy vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened cutting blades delivers impact-resistant clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple deck size programs, automatically completing feeding, rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every steel floor deck forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load thick-coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate rib height, sheet width and cutting tolerance.
