Equipped with variable frequency main motor and synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 18 m/min. Servo automatic deviation corrector at feeding inlet realigns steel strips to reduce material waste. Vertical hydraulic cutting unit at the tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple sets of cabinet part programs for one-click style switching.
