C Purlin Roll Forming Machine

The machine frame is integrally welded with heavy thick square tube gantry structure and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding to eliminate welding deformation stress, running without vibration during heavy-load continuous forming with high dimensional adjustment accuracy, straightness and torsion fully meeting construction standards. All forming rollers are integrally forged solid 45# carbon steel with surface hard chrome plating after quenching for superior wear & compression resistance. Multi-pass progressive bending roller stands fully complete closed C-channel bending in one feeding stroke, scratch-free sheet surface with minimal spring-back. Equipped with online punching unit to stamp mounting & connecting holes synchronously, realizing integrated punching, forming and fixed-length cutting.
Web depth, flange width and lip size of C purlins are fully numerically controlled stepless adjustable, standard adjusting range C80–C300, parameters editable and switched directly on touch screen.
Equipped with dual variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during thick galvanized strip forming, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 25 m/min. Heavy-duty double-side deviation correction at feeding inlet keeps thick sheets centered without offset. Dual-cylinder heavy hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened wear-resistant blades fits thick gauge material, burr-free & distortion-free cutting, finished length tolerance ≤±0.8mm. Integrated PLC touch screen control system stores hundreds of C-channel profile recipes for one-click size switch, automatically completing uncoiling, punching, roll forming, fixed-length cutting, counting and discharging. Only one operator can realize 24-hour continuous production.
Every C purlin forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load thick coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate multi-size dimension, punching precision and cutting tolerance. Complete spare forming rollers, punching dies, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual machine operation & maintenance manuals are supplied as standard accessories.
