This auto adjustable C purlin forming machine is independently developed and manufactured by Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd., a professional factory engaged in cold roll forming equipment for steel structure construction. This machine is specially designed to produce C-shaped steel purlins widely used in steel workshop roofs, wall supports, photovoltaic power station brackets, warehouse buildings and prefabricated houses. Different from traditional fixed-size purlin machines, this equipment supports automatic size adjustment via PLC touch screen, realizing one-key switching of multiple C purlin specifications without manually replacing forming rollers, which greatly saves machine debugging time and improves overall production efficiency.
The whole production line is composed of hydraulic decoiler, feeding guide platform, multi-pass forming roller group, online hydraulic punching station, hydraulic cutting head and intelligent PLC control cabinet. All forming rollers are forged from high-quality 45# steel and treated with hard chrome plating after precision CNC machining. The roller surface has high hardness and strong wear resistance, which can avoid scratches and deformation on the surface of galvanized steel strips during long-term continuous forming. The machine body adopts thickened welded steel structure with stress relief treatment, which effectively reduces vibration during high-speed operation and ensures stable long-time running.
The transmission system adopts heavy-duty double-row chain synchronous drive, matched with high-power servo main motor. The forming speed can be adjusted freely according to customers’ production capacity demands. The integrated hydraulic punching device is installed in the middle of the machine frame, which can punch connection holes on C purlins in one forming process, eliminating secondary punching procedure and reducing extra labor cost. The hydraulic cutting unit at the end is equipped with thick guide pillars and customized cutting die, which can complete fixed-length cutting automatically when the steel strip reaches the preset length. The cutting surface is smooth and burr-free without secondary trimming.
Equipped with full-automatic PLC intelligent control system and color touch screen operation panel, operators only need to input parameters including purlin height, flange width, material thickness and cutting length on the screen. The servo motor will automatically adjust the roller spacing to match the target purlin size, realizing unattended continuous production. The control system also has real-time fault self-diagnosis function, which displays abnormal information directly on the screen for quick maintenance.
This C purlin forming machine can process galvanized steel coil with thickness from 1.0mm to 3.0mm. We can customize the adjustable size range, punching hole position and cutting mold according to customers’ local building standards and engineering requirements. Finished C purlins feature uniform size, good straightness and strong bearing capacity, which have become essential load-bearing components for all kinds of steel structure projects.

Our standard delivery cycle is 50 to 60 working days after receiving 30% T/T deposit, and the remaining 70% balance needs to be paid before shipment.
