Equipped with high-power variable frequency main drive and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine delivers strong load capacity and quiet operation, forming speed stepless adjustable from 6 m/min to 15 m/min. Servo automatic deviation corrector at inlet realigns steel strips to reduce waste. Dual-cylinder servo hydraulic flying shear at the tail produces clean burr-free cuts with finished length tolerance ≤±0.5mm.
