C Purlin Roll Forming Machines
This fully automatic C purlin roll forming machine belongs to C/Z purlin cold forming equipment series, specially developed for manufacturing load-bearing C channel steel purlins widely applied in all kinds of steel structure buildings. Different from traditional fixed-size purlin machines that need frequent roller replacement to switch specifications, our machine adopts advanced CNC online stepless width & height adjustment structure. Users only need to input target dimension parameters on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically adjust web depth, flange width and inner lip size without disassembling any forming rollers, covering all C80 to C300 common specifications. It greatly shortens model change downtime, reduces extra roller purchase cost and saves workshop space, becoming the ideal core equipment for steel structure component manufacturers.
The finished C purlin produced by this machine serves as secondary load-bearing purlins for roof systems and supporting keels for wall panels, which can effectively share roof load, enhance overall building stability and reduce the self-weight of main steel frames. It is perfectly compatible with 1.2mm to 3.0mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel strips and high zinc anti-corrosion galvanized coils, meeting the raw material requirements of industrial factories, logistics warehouses, large shopping malls, underground parking garages, prefabricated light steel villas and rural agricultural greenhouses.
Frame & Forming Roller System
The whole machine frame is integrally welded by extra-thick heavy-duty square tubes and large-size channel steel. After welding, the frame goes through high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment to completely eliminate internal welding stress, ensuring no shaking, torsion or deformation during long-term heavy-load continuous high-speed operation, and keeping long-term stable forming precision.
All forming rollers are integrally forged from solid 45# carbon steel, with rough turning, fine turning and multi-layer surface quenching hard chrome plating process. The roller surface reaches high hardness, strong wear resistance and anti-rust performance, avoiding surface scratch, indentation or abrasion on galvanized sheets during repeated forming. A total of 22 to 32 groups of progressive bending roller stations are arranged in order, which can complete the closed C-channel multi-angle bending at one time. The spring-back value after forming is controlled within the standard range, and the straightness and flatness of finished products fully meet national construction engineering acceptance standards.
Equipped with double independent online hydraulic punching mechanisms on both sides of the forming section, the machine can synchronously stamp circular mounting holes, oval connecting holes and vent holes on the web or flanges of C purlins during the feeding process. There is no need for secondary manual punching, realizing integrated automatic production of uncoiling → punching → roll forming → fixed-length cutting, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.
