C and Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine
Xinnuo C and Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a new-generation integrated cold roll forming equipment specially developed for steel structure construction industry. Different from traditional single-profile purlin machines, this machine realizes automatic switching between C-type and Z-type purlins on one production line. Customers no longer need to purchase two separate machines, greatly saving workshop space and equipment investment cost.
The equipment adopts heavy-duty welded frame structure and high-hardness Cr12MoV forming rollers. All roller surfaces are finely machined and heat-treated to ensure long-term stable forming of galvanized steel coils, color steel coils and carbon steel strips. The whole production line runs smoothly with low noise, and the finished purlins feature neat edges, consistent size and beautiful appearance, which can meet strict requirements of large industrial plants, logistics warehouses, livestock buildings and commercial steel structure projects.
Many manufacturers are troubled by frequent mold replacement and complicated manual adjustment. Our CZ purlin machine solves this pain point perfectly. Operators can switch between C profile and Z profile simply by setting parameters on the touch screen. No need to disassemble rollers manually, which greatly shortens model switching time and improves overall production efficiency.
The production process is fully automatic. After loading raw material coil by hydraulic uncoiler, the strip enters guiding device, then passes multi-pass roll forming stations for gradual shaping. The hydraulic cutting unit cuts purlins to customized length according to the data set on the touch screen. The whole working flow is controlled by PLC system. Operators only need to input target size on the touch panel; the machine will automatically adjust the roller position and switching structure between C profile and Z profile. Simple operation reduces labor requirements.
In addition to standard models, we support targeted optimization according to customers’ local production environment. If you have special requirements for output speed, raw material adaptability or installation layout, our engineering team can adjust the machine structure and electrical configuration accordingly.
