The whole machine frame is integrally welded with thick H-beam steel and processed by high-temperature stress relief annealing, which guarantees stable vibration-free performance without deformation under heavy high-speed operation. All forming rollers are precisely machined from solid 45# carbon steel with quenched thick hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness and wear resistance without scratching galvanized steel strips. Multi-stage progressive bending delivers standard bending angles, flat surfaces and stable load capacity for finished C & Z purlins. It processes hot-dip galvanized steel coils from 1.5mm to 3.0mm thick with standard feeding width 1250mm, and custom sizes of width & thickness are available on request.
Equipped with variable frequency main drive and heavy-duty synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low energy consumption, and forming speed can be steplessly adjusted from 8 m/min to 15 m/min. An automatic deviation-correcting guide stand at feeding inlet prevents steel strip offset. A fully automatic sliding base with hydraulic drive is installed in the middle to switch forming stations for C and Z profiles automatically, no manual roller disassembly required, just one click to change purlin types. Dual hydraulic flying shear cutting units at the tail provide clean burr-free cuts with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±1mm. The suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system allows operators to preset purlin width, height, thickness, production length and output quantity. The machine automatically completes feeding, forming, punching, fixed-length cutting and counting. Only one worker can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production, with much higher efficiency than old separate C & Z machines.
Every 300CZ auto-change purlin machine undergoes a 72-hour continuous coil loading test before delivery to calibrate type-switch precision, forming dimension and cutting tolerance. A full set of spare forming rollers, hydraulic seals, punching dies, Chinese-English bilingual operation drawings and manuals are provided as standard accessories.
