Edge Folding Machine

All forming rollers are precision turned from 45# steel with hard chrome plating after surface quenching for superior wear and rust resistance, processing color coated, cold rolled and galvanized strips 0.4–0.9mm thick. The line integrates feeding, multi-stage edge bending, top hydraulic punching and tail fixed-length cutting, completing all edge profiles in one feeding stroke, scratch-free sheet surface with uniform folding gaps and tight interlock for reliable waterproof performance.
Equipped with variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, the machine runs smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 7 m/min to 19 m/min. Manual deviation corrector at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Independent top hydraulic punching station drills mounting holes on demand, vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail produces clean burr-free cuts, finished length tolerance ≤±1mm. Compact PLC touch screen control system stores multiple sets of edge trim parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, edge roll forming, punching, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every edge folding trim former undergoes a 72-hour full-coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate folding angle, cross-section dimension and cutting tolerance. Matching forming rollers, punching dies, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual operation manuals are supplied as standard accessories.
