This Metal Embossing Machine is classified under the Embossing Machine category.   The whole machine base is integrally welded with thick steel plates and treated by high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding, so there is no vibration or frame deformation during long-hour continuous embossing work. The core upper and lower engraved rollers are integrally forged from solid 45# carbon steel with precise CNC carved patterns, quenched and coated with thick hard chrome on the surface. The rollers feature high hardness, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, so patterns will not blur or fall off after long-term high-speed production. Synchronous double roller extrusion finishes pattern forming at one time with uniform depth and strong three-dimensional sense, without sheet stretching, tearing or coating peeling. It processes thin metal sheets from 0.2mm to 1.2mm thick with standard feeding width of 1250mm, and exclusive patterns and widened rollers can be customized according to buyers’ requirements.
  Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating drive motor and heavy-duty synchronous gear transmission, the upper and lower engraved rollers rotate at fully consistent speed, and feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted from 5 m/min to 16 m/min. A guiding limit deviation-correcting support is installed at the feeding inlet to convey steel strips automatically centered and avoid incomplete patterns caused by sheet offset. A simple PLC control panel supports one-button start-stop, speed adjustment and product counting. Only one operator is required to realize 24-hour non-stop embossing production. Compared with traditional film coating and transfer printing crafts, roll embossed patterns have stronger adhesion and longer service life, greatly reducing defective rate and labor cost of decorative sheets.
  Every metal embossing machine undergoes a 72-hour continuous sheet embossing test before delivery to calibrate pattern forming precision and roller synchronization.
