This roll embossing machine is categorized under Embossing Machine, dedicated surface embossing equipment for carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum and thin stainless steel sheets. It presses anti-slip diamond pattern, orange peel pattern, cobblestone pattern and other textures onto metal surfaces. Embossed sheets feature excellent anti-slip performance and decorative effect, widely used for stair treads, factory anti-slip floor, equipment platform, truck chassis, security doors and decorative curtain walls. It can form a full automatic production line matched with slitter, leveler and cutting machine for anti-slip plate manufacturing.
The machine frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and stress-relieved after welding, maintaining stable rigidity without deformation under long-time heavy embossing work. A pair of upper & lower embossing rollers are integrally forged from 40Cr alloy steel with CNC engraved patterns, quenched and precision ground for high hardness, long-lasting clear texture and strong wear resistance. Roller gap is electrically adjustable to fit metal sheets from 0.3mm to 3.0mm thick, feeding width customizable at 1000/1250mm. Multi-group leveling rollers installed in front straighten warped sheets before embossing to ensure uniform pattern depth and flat finished surface.
Equipped with variable frequency drive and heavy-duty synchronous gear transmission, the machine runs smoothly, embossing speed steplessly adjustable from 4 m/min to 18 m/min. Bidirectional hydraulic pressing unit firmly clamps sheets to avoid offset and wrinkling during embossing. Simple PLC electric control panel with intuitive operation supports synchronous start-stop with front leveling and rear cutting machines for continuous automatic embossing production. Compact body design saves workshop space and is convenient for sea container shipment, ideal for small & medium sheet metal and building material factories.
Every metal embossing machine passes full-coil embossing endurance test before delivery, wear-resistant original embossing rollers and hydraulic seals are standard configuration. Complete spare embossing rollers, adjusting tools and bilingual operation manuals are included in delivery package.
