The roof sheet crimping machine, also widely known as roof sheet bending machine or color steel arch bending machine, is a special hydraulic auxiliary equipment designed for arch processing of prefabricated trapezoidal metal roof panels. After the trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine produces straight metal roof sheets, this crimping equipment can bend flat roof sheets into curved arch sheets efficiently. All roller dies are processed by CNC lathe with quenching treatment, featuring high surface hardness, anti-wear performance and long service cycle.
All steel structural parts of the machine are treated by sand blasting before painting to enhance paint adhesion and achieve strong rust resistance in humid factory or outdoor environment. We support customized working width, maximum bending thickness and hydraulic pressure parameters to match different specifications of trapezoidal roof sheets such as 840 type, 900 type and other mainstream roof panels.
Compared with traditional manual bending tools, our hydraulic crimping machine greatly improves production efficiency. The operating speed reaches 12–18 meters per minute, and the bending precision error can be controlled within ±1.5mm.
