This heavy knurling machine is classified under Embossing Machine, heavy-duty metal sheet embossing equipment specially designed for thick anti-slip plate processing. It rolls diamond anti-slip patterns, orange peel textures and other concave-convex grains on carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel sheets. Embossed plates feature superior wear resistance, anti-slip performance and strong load capacity, widely applied for heavy factory anti-slip platforms, truck chassis floors, steel stair treads, construction machinery pedals and industrial security door panels. It can form full automatic anti-slip plate production line matched with uncoiler, leveler and cutting machine.

The machine frame is integrally welded with extra thick heavy steel plates and stress-relieved by high-temperature annealing after welding, capable of long-term heavy-load embossing for thick sheets without frame deformation or unstable operation. Upper and lower main embossing rollers are integrally forged from 40Cr alloy steel, with CNC engraved anti-slip patterns, deep quenching and precision grinding treatment for high hardness, clear long-lasting textures and strong wear resistance. Roller gap is electrically and accurately adjustable to fit medium & thick metal sheets from 0.5mm to 4.0mm thick, standard feeding width 1000/1250mm, custom patterns available per clients’ drawings. Multiple front & rear leveling support rollers hold and straighten sheets during feeding & discharging to eliminate warp and wrinkle of thick plates, ensuring uniform pattern depth.

Equipped with high-power variable frequency main motor and heavy herringbone gear synchronous transmission system, the machine delivers large torque for high-strength embossing of thick sheets, running speed steplessly adjustable from 3 m/min to 15 m/min. Dual-side hydraulic clamping mechanism holds steel strips fully to avoid offset and wrinkling during processing. Independent PLC numerical control cabinet with intuitive operation supports synchronous start-stop with upstream and downstream equipment for continuous unattended automatic embossing production. Solid load-bearing structure enables 24-hour non-stop heavy production, ideal for mass processing in large sheet metal factories.

Every heavy knurling machine undergoes a 72-hour thick-coil heavy-load endurance test before delivery to calibrate roller gap parallelism and pattern forming precision. Spare embossing rollers, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual operation manuals are provided as standard accessories.
