Trapezoidal Sheet Machine

This trapezoidal sheet machine is standard heavy-duty cold roll forming equipment for manufacturing industrial trapezoidal color steel roof panels. The finished high-rib trapezoidal sheet features large rib height and wide drainage channels, with excellent rainwater discharge and wind resistance performance, which is the mainstream waterproof roof material for large-span industrial factories, logistics warehouses, farm greenhouses and temporary prefab buildings.
It supports processing 0.3–0.8mm color coated steel strips and hot-dip galvanized steel coils, realizing integrated automatic production of uncoiling, multi-pass continuous roll forming and fixed-length hydraulic cutting without secondary manual trimming.

The whole machine frame adopts extra-thick heavy channel steel integral welding structure, and undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to completely eliminate internal welding stress. The rigid frame ensures no shaking, torsion or deformation during long-time high-speed continuous forming, maintaining stable forming precision for each batch of roof panels.
All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with multi-layer surface quenched hard chrome plating, high hardness, strong wear resistance and rust-proof performance, scratch-free forming for thin printed decorative steel sheets. A total of 18–24 groups of progressive bending roller stations are arranged in order, completing multi-angle trapezoidal rib bending in one feeding stroke. The forming spring-back value is strictly controlled within the standard range, and the straightness and flatness of finished panels fully meet construction acceptance standards. Rib height, tooth pitch and effective covering width can be fine-tuned and customized according to customers’ local construction drawings.

Variable frequency synchronous chain transmission system is adopted for stable low-speed operation, forming speed adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min steplessly according to actual production demand. A heavy-duty bilateral mechanical deviation correction device is installed at the feeding inlet to guide steel strips to run along the central track and avoid raw material waste caused by offset forming.
The tail is equipped with an integral vertical heavy hydraulic cutting unit, matched with thickened special wear-resistant alloy cutting blades suitable for all thin and medium gauge color steel sheets. The cut end face is flat without burr, collapse or deformation, and the fixed-length tolerance of finished roof panels is controlled within ±1mm. An independent small hydraulic station provides stable cutting pressure without oil leakage during long-term circulating work.

An independent large touch screen PLC control cabinet is configured for centralized machine management, with multiple groups of standard trapezoidal profile parameter recipes pre-stored in the system. Users can switch different production specifications with one single click without repeated parameter resetting. The control system supports automatic length counting, fixed-length shutdown, real-time speed display and fault self-diagnosis functions. Only one ordinary operator can complete full-line production monitoring work, greatly lowering labor operation threshold. Overload protection and emergency stop switch are equipped to reduce production safety risks.

This trapezoidal sheet machine can be perfectly matched with hydraulic coil reel uncoiler to form a fully automatic continuous feeding production line. We support customized adjustment of trapezoidal rib height, effective width and raw material thickness range according to customer’s project requirements.
Each trapezoidal sheet roll former will undergo a 72-hour non-stop full-load coil endurance test before delivery. Our engineers repeatedly calibrate trapezoidal wave radian, effective width and cutting length tolerance to eliminate all hidden quality problems before shipment. Complete spare forming rollers, cutting blades, hydraulic sealing parts and bilingual English-Chinese operation & maintenance manuals are provided as standard free accessories.
