All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after surface quenching for outstanding wear, compression and corrosion resistance, processing hot-dip galvanized strips 0.8–1.5mm thick. Multi-group progressive wave bending roller stands form concave-convex load-bearing stiffening ribs in one pass, scratch-free sheet surface without spring-back cracks. Tight interlock between plates avoids concrete leakage during pouring. Rib height, sheet width and rib spacing fully customizable per structural engineering drawings.
Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during thick galvanized sheet forming, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 6 m/min to 18 m/min. Heavy-duty manual deviation correction mechanism at feeding inlet steadily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral vertical heavy hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened wear-resistant blades fits thick sheets, delivering clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Separate external PLC electric control cabinet + touch screen control system stores multiple floor deck profile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, stiffening rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop continuous production.
Every metal deck forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-load thick coil endurance test before delivery to calibrate wave arc, sheet width and cutting dimensional tolerance.
