Equipped with high-power variable frequency synchronous chain transmission, no slipping during forming both thin and thick sheets, running smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Heavy-duty manual deviation correction bracket at feeding inlet steadily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral vertical hydraulic cutting unit at tail with thickened impact-resistant cutting blades delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard tile parameter recipes, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal rib roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
