All forming rollers are precision turned solid 45# carbon steel with full hard chrome plating after surface quenching for superior wear and corrosion resistance, processing color coated & galvanized coils 0.3–0.8mm thick. Multi-stage progressive trapezoidal bending roller stands form standard concave-convex trapezoidal ribs in one single pass, scratch-free sheet surface without bending cracks. Tight interlock between adjacent sheets delivers excellent roof waterproof and wind resistance performance, rib height and sheet width customizable per client drawings.
Equipped with variable frequency main motor and synchronous chain transmission, the machine operates smoothly with low noise, forming speed steplessly adjustable from 8 m/min to 22 m/min. Manual deviation correction bracket at feeding inlet easily centers steel strips to reduce edge waste. Integral hydraulic cutting unit at tail delivers clean burr-free cuts, finished fixed-length tolerance ≤±1mm. Suspended cantilever PLC touch screen control system stores multiple standard tile length programs, automatically completing feeding, trapezoidal roll forming, fixed-length cutting and yield counting. Only one operator can realize 24-hour non-stop mass production.
Every trapezoidal tile forming machine undergoes a 72-hour full-coil continuous endurance test before delivery to calibrate trapezoidal rib arc, sheet width and cutting tolerance.
